Centrifugal pump performance parameters
Quantity of flow
The flow rate of the pump refers to the volume of the liquid discharged by the pump outlet in a unit time, expressed in Q, the unit is m3/h or m3/s, and the fire pump unit is L/S
Lift
The lift of the pump refers to the energy obtained after the unit weight of the liquid through the pump, expressed in H, the unit is m, that is, the liquid column height of the discharged liquid. Fire pumps are generally represented by MPa.
Rotate speed
The speed of the pump refers to the number of revolutions of the pump shaft per unit time, expressed in n, and the unit is r/min.
Power and efficiency
Pu: The effective power of the pump refers to the effective energy obtained by the liquid conveyed by the pump per unit time, also known as the output power.
